TikTok Data Platform is an internal data operations platform for authorized TikTok Shop stores.

1. Service Scope

The platform provides internal dashboards and data management tools for orders, refunds, products, logistics, fulfillment, finance, and analytics data.

2. Authorized Use

Users must only access shops, accounts, and data they are authorized to manage. Any unauthorized use, sharing, or export of data is prohibited.

3. API Access

All TikTok Shop data is accessed through official API authorization and only within the approved permission scope. Users must comply with TikTok Shop platform policies and applicable laws.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the platform stable, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, server issues, third-party API changes, or network conditions.
