TikTok Data Platform is an internal operations tool used to manage authorized TikTok Shop business data.
1. Data We Process
With merchant authorization, the platform may process order data, refund and return data, product and SKU data, shop information, logistics information, fulfillment information, financial data, and analytics data.
2. Purpose of Use
The data is used for internal business reporting, employee performance analysis, shop operations, after-sales tracking, inventory and cost analysis, and daily management dashboards.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is used internally by authorized team members and service administrators. We only access data within the permission scope granted by the merchant and TikTok Shop API.
4. Data Security
We use account permissions, server access restrictions, IP allowlists, and internal role control to protect operational data. Access is limited to authorized users.
5. Data Retention
Business data is retained only as long as needed for internal operations, reporting, legal, or accounting purposes. Authorized merchants may request removal of stored data where applicable.
